New Life Baptist Church took the opportunity to have the BUV EQUIP Emerging Leaders & Mentor Training (ELMT) over 12 months which is a multi-dimensional training process.

Pastor Jono encourages other churches to be more intentional in identifying and raising up young and emerging leaders and also Mentors.
